Reservation Policies:
A prepay of 30% of the total cost is required for your reservation.
In order to confirm your booking, we may contact you via email or phone for our bank account.
Cancelation Policies:
-In case of notice up to 15 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit is refunded.
-In case of no-show or notice less than 15 days before the arrival date, the deposit is withheld.
Pricing Policies:
– There is a baby cot on request.
– Our accommodation does not accept pets.
– Discount credit cards.
– Breakfast is not included in the rates. Breakfast 5 € per person.
